* Author rate applies to one author of each poster accepted for presentation only.,
** Student rate applies to those studying for a higher degree and must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. Nurses should include their RCN number on the conference registration form.

Abstract book
A copy of the conference special issue of Travel Medicine and Infectious Disease in 2008
Lunch and mid session refreshments as scheduled in the conference programme

Author registration deadline

Accepted presenters should register no later than 13 July 2007 to ensure that their material is included in the final programme and the book of abstracts. Non-registered presentations will be withdrawn from the conference after this date.

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat.

Alternative payment methods

Checks should be made payable to Elsevier Ltd. and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by (air)mail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the symposium secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 1 August 2007, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 16 August 2007, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 16 August 2007, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that the Organisers shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Changes

Details are correct at time of going to print. Elsevier reserves the right to change any session in the final programme.
